Donna Ross

Donna Ross LL.M. FCIArb, the principal of Donna Ross Dispute Resolution,  is an international ADR and legal practitioner admitted to practice in New York and Australia, with a French civil law degree. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Resolution Institute Graded Arbitrator, an International Mediation Institute and NMAS Accredited Mediator, a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Mediation and has been ranked as a Leading Mediators three-years running by Doyle’s Guide.  Ms Ross also advises and acts for clients in domestic and cross-border contract and settlement negotiations. She teaches mediation, arbitration and principled negotiation as part of the faculty of CIArb and the Australian Disputes Centre and is a lecturer at LaTrobe Law School. Ms Ross sits on Resolution Institute’s National Determinative Committee and is a board member of ArbitralWomen.
